Your membership includes access to the 3,000+ square foot community workspace, 5 hours of meeting room time per month (shared across our small and large conference rooms), a fully equipped kitchen, 24/7 keycard building access, front desk receptionist services during business hours, mail and package receiving at our 63 Putnam Street address, high-speed fiber WiFi, and printing and scanning. There are no add-on fees for basic amenities.

A: Yes. Each team member signs up for their own $125/month membership. This gives every person on your team independent 24/7 access, their own meeting room hours, and full use of all amenities. Teams that need private office space can add offices as they become available — current members get first refusal on openings.

A: Every member receives a keycard that grants entry to the building and our third-floor space around the clock, 365 days a year. Staff are on site during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM), but your keycard works independently of staffing. The building remains accessible during holidays, weekends, and even weather closures.

A: The Business Hub is located within the Corporate Mall building at 63 Putnam Street, which houses multiple business service providers including accountants, consultants, and other professional firms. As a member, you have proximity and access to these services. Our front desk can help facilitate introductions to building tenants based on your business needs.
